Kirstine Barfod (she/her) is a Danish film producer and the founder of Nordland Pictures, established in 2022 and based in New York. She is an Oscar-nominated and Emmy- and Peabody Award-winning producer and executive producer of nonfiction longform and series, best known for Black Snow (CPH:DOX), The Cave (TIFF), and Reunited (Hot Docs). She has been a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences since 2019.
