
A Sundance Lab Fellow and Grantee, Drew Denny (she/her) is passionate about representing women and LGBTQ+ characters. She has made more than a dozen documentaries; her most recent feature, Survivor Made (2024), follows survivors of gender-based violence and was Executive Produced by Padma Lakshmi, Nava Mau, and Roxane Gay. Drew’s forthcoming feature documentary Second Nature, narrated by Elliot Page, premieres in 2025. Drew’s narrative work includes the action comedy Momster, which premiered at Tribeca; the feature Love and Chaos, currently in production; and Wander Woman, a comedy pilot which premiered at the Beverly Hills Film Festival and is currently on tour. Her first feature, The Most Fun I’ve Ever Had With My Pants On, won multiple awards, screened at 50 festivals, and earned Drew a spot on The Advocate’s 40 Under 40 list. Her work has been supported by the Sundance Documentary Fund Grant and the Frameline Completion Grant.
