Carlos Paz (he/him) is a producer and screenwriter specializing in the development and financing of film and television projects. As development director of the prestigious auteur film production company PIANO, he oversaw the development and financing of large-scale international co-productions including Annette by Leos Carax, Memoria by Apichatpong Weerasethakul, and Chocobar by Lucrecia Martel. As a script advisor, he accompanied the writing of projects such as Tiempo Compartido by Sebastián Hofmann. He is currently dedicated to independent production and writing.
