Janay Boulos (she/her) is a Lebanese filmmaker and documentary producer based between Lebanon and London with extensive experience across news, broadcast, digital, and field production. Her first feature documentary, Birds of War, premiered at Sundance 2026 where it won the Special Jury Award for Journalistic Impact in the World Cinema Documentary Competition. She is currently producing several documentaries for international outlets including Al Jazeera and The New York Times, and she is producing the feature documentary Until the Buzzing Stops.
